For the past 30 weeks,'s Joe Mock has been counting down the best Major League ballparks in USA Today Sports Weekly. In last week's issue, the newspaper finally revealed its No. 1 stadium: Wrigley Field.

It's been a pretty big year for the North Side: Wrigley Field finished behind only Madison Square Garden on Rolling Stone's "Venues that Rock" list, and was named the second best stadium in baseball history by Sports Illustrated in their book "Baseball's Greatest."

To top it all off, Wrigley turns 100 years old in 2014, and the Cubs will honor the stadium's century of baseball with special events held throughout the season. Not bad for a centenarian, huh?
