A few weeks ago, newsreel giant British Pathe uploaded its entire 85,000-video archive to YouTube. In a stockpile spanning roughly 1910-1970, there's bound to be all kinds of wonderful historical weirdness.

And sure enough, that includes baseball. We combed through the archive to find the strangest baseball moments those black-and-white cameras caught. Here are the results:
